Pacific Avenue Veterinary Clinic in Forest Grove, Oregon is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join a fast-paced, dedicated team focused on high-quality care for dogs, cats, and small animals.

Here you will place IV catheters, assist with diagnostics, monitor hospitalized patients, and support veterinarians in treatments while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative, low-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Veterinary Assistant.
• Confidence in IV catheter placement and jugular blood draws.
• Strong patient handling and restraint skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and compassionate in high-stress situations.
• Ability to participate in any area of the clinic as needed.
