Veterinary Vision is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our ophthalmology team at our San Carlos and San Francisco locations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling, rooming patients, recording ocular histories, and supporting veterinarians during exams and minor surgeries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks.

Compensation: $24- $27/hourly

About Us

Veterinary Vision is a specialized practice focused on animal eye care, serving the Bay Area from two convenient locations in San Carlos and San Francisco. Our expertise primarily covers dogs and cats, but we also provide evaluations for a variety of other animals, including horses, pocket pets, and rabbits. In addition, our team offers advisory support to local zoos and wildlife rehabilitation centers and occasionally works with farm animals. Our practice includes three board-certified veterinary ophthalmologists and over ten skilled support professionals. We are dedicated to improving and maintaining the visual health and comfort of our animal patients while also promoting public awareness of eye diseases in animals.
