BVNS in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Veterinary Assistant (Neurology) to grow neuro skills while working hands-on with high-acuity patients.

The role is full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week, weekdays only, offering competitive compensation and full benefits through Ethos Veterinary Health.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of veterinary assistant experience.

Schedule

• Four ten-hour shifts per week
• Weekdays only

Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities

• Learning and mastering neurological anatomy and functions
• Patient restraint and learning how and why neurologic patients require specific restraint/patient care skills
• Client education including intake and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong foundation in veterinary technical skills
• Bring a great attitude each day and enjoys working with their teammates
• Bring at least 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
• Bonus Points: Experience with EzyVet!
