Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
• Comfortable with computers and online tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong client communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Recognize medical emergencies and assess illnesses.
• Record vitals and assist with diagnostics.
• Complete treatments as directed by doctors.
• Provide basic nursing care and husbandry.
• Assist in radiography, sample prep, and in-house labs.
• Prepare and administer medications.
• Participate in tele-triage shifts (stipend).
