Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments with composure.
• Comfort with handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary tasks such as lab work, nursing, and basic radiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care and compassionate treatment of animals.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications in a courteous, informative manner.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: maintain hospital cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
