You will assist with medical records, wellness guidance, reception tasks, and inventory, contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team within WellHaven Pet Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in the veterinary industry.
• NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program preferred.
• Ability to handle dogs, cats, and exotic animals; basic animal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in surgery, dentistry, and labs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and charting.
• Interact with clients and educate on Wellness Plans.
• Answer phone, schedule appointments, and manage patient intake/discharge.
• Manage hospital supplies and inventory.
• Support hospital operations to ensure shift end tasks completed.
