Ebert Animal Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, seeks a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our small animal practice. You’ll support the medical team with hands-on patient care and help ensure a positive client experience in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental veterinary skills in lab, pharmacy, nursing and radiology are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs for a smooth workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications.
