Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm and efficient under fast-paced, sometimes stressful conditions.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills including lab, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as part of the medical team.
• Be the go-to support for veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Create a positive client experience during scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and perform clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
