Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environments and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Confident in handling pets of various sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills including lab, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as part of the medical team, ensuring compassionate treatment of all animals.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Assist with scheduling, payments, and client communications to create a positive client experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and perform routine upkeep of equipment.
