Job summary

Kings Row Pet Hospital in Reno, NV, is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Assistant to support our doctors, LVTs, and clients. You’ll help with patient care, exam areas, and hospital flow while learning in a supportive team.

Previous veterinary experience is preferred, but a strong foundation and willingness to grow are welcome. Benefits include advancement and ongoing CE opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no late nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and LVTs with patient care.
• Prepare exam and treatment areas.
• Handle patients with compassion and safety in mind.
• Obtain accurate patient histories and communicate needs to the team.
• Support appointments and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment.
• Educate clients within your role and contribute to efficient hospital flow.
