VCA Deer Creek Animal Hospital in Littleton, CO is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our one-of-a-kind, multi-doctor hybrid hospital. Part-time position with Friday 9A-8P shifts and possibly Sundays 9A-8P in Littleton, CO. The pay range is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour, with an application deadline of 10/31/2026.

Qualifications

• Restraining and assisting in patient exams and routine procedures.
• Taking detailed medical histories and patient vitals.
• Filling prescriptions (as allowed by law).
• Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
• Providing compassionate care for our hospitalized animals.
• Maintaining medical records.
• Assisting our Doctor and Technician staff as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients.
• Assist with exams, vitals, and routine procedures to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate medical records and help with basic lab work and imaging as needed.
