VCA Deer Creek Animal Hospital in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our one-of-a-kind, multi-doctor hybrid hospital. Location: Littleton, CO. Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. Application deadline: 10/31/2026.

Part-Time: Fridays 9A-8P, possibly Sundays 9A-8P. We have been serving the Littleton community for 35+ years in a AHAA accredited hospital with a collaborative culture. You will support the Doctor and Technician teams, focusing on client and patient care while building

Qualifications

• Restraining and assisting in patient exams and routine procedures.
• Taking detailed medical histories and patient vitals.
• Filling prescriptions (as allowed by law).
• Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
• Maintaining medical records and caring for hospitalized animals.
• Assisting our Doctor and Technician staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients.
• Win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment.
• Assist doctors and technicians during procedures and examinations as needed.
• Contribute to accurate medical records and Hospital duties.
