Cobblestone Animal Hospital in Issaquah, WA is hiring a Veterinary Assistant to join our small animal practice. This full-time role offers a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule and a starting pay of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary support preferred; training provided.
• Ability to handle cats and dogs with Fear Free techniques.
• Washington State Medical Clerk License or willingness to obtain one, with training and reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams, diagnostics, and treatments.
• Safely restrain patients using Fear Free techniques.
• Provide compassionate care to feline and canine patients.
• Maintain clean, organized exam and treatment areas.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Assist with client communication.
• Provide front desk support as needed.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and team to keep hospital running smoothly.
