Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to support clients and patients across all aspects of hospital care. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, eager to learn and grow, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, delivering compassionate, high-quality support at every stage of the patient visit.

This full-time role features a 4/10 schedule (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) with hourly compensation of $15–$18 and a benefits package

Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team and support exceptional experiences for our clients and patients across all aspects of hospital care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated veterinary assistant who enjoys variety in their day and is excited to continue building their skills in a supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow while assisting with patient care, client service, and outpatient procedures. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, communicates professionally with clients and coworkers, and takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality support throughout every stage of the patient visit

In this position, you will take an active role in:

• Supporting efficient exam room and outpatient flow
• Providing safe, gentle patient handling and restraint during outpatient and procedural care
• Preparing patients, equipment, and treatment areas for appointments and procedures
• Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Building positive client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
• Maintaining clean, organized, and fully prepared exam rooms, treatment areas, and procedural spaces

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $ 15 - $18 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
