Job summary

VCA Becker Animal Hospital and Pet Resort Team in San Antonio is seeking a Veterinary Assistant for our Emergency department. You will support veterinarians and technicians, monitor patients, assist with procedures, and help maintain a calm, efficient hospital environment.

This full-time role offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts and a competitive hourly wage of $16.00–$17.00, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, 401(k), and generous pet care discounts.

Join the VCA Becker Animal Hospital and Pet Resort Team! We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant for our Emergency department.

Location:6515 West IH 10, San Antonio, TX, 78201.

Schedule: 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts

Pay: $16.00-17.00/hr

VCA Becker Animal Hospital and Pet Resort Team is a 24/7 General Practice, Urgent Care, and Emergency Hospital. In addition, we have a large boarding facility and grooming department.
