Qualifications

• NAVTA-certified veterinary assistant program completed or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform NAVTA-approved skills at a capable level.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Educate clients about pet health and preventive services.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized exam rooms and labs.
• Assist with surgical procedures as applicable and monitor hospitalized pets.
• Mentor paraprofessionals and support staff as needed.
