You will help keep the hospital clean, organized, and welcoming while collaborating with technicians, veterinarians, and client service representatives throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, animal care, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or environmental services is helpful but not required.
• Willingness and ability to perform cleaning, laundry, restocking, and facility-support duties.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn hospital software, phone systems, payment procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect exam rooms, treatment spaces, kennels, common areas, restrooms, and other spaces according to protocols.
• Turn over exam rooms promptly and ensure rooms are ready for the next patient.
• Assist with laundry, dishes, trash, and daily cleaning tasks.
• Restock supplies and report safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
• Support veterinarians and technicians with safe patient handling and room preparation.
