Hartfield Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative.

Role Details:
Position: Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Full-time, Monday‑Friday, no nights, weekends or holidays
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Perform in‑house laboratory testing (CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, fecal testing).
• Help maintain efficient daily hospital operations.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Collect payments and process invoices.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
