Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians while ensuring safety of pets, clients and associates.
• Maintain flow of patients and communicate with veterinarians and vet techs.
• Perform procedures as outlined in NAVTA guidelines.
• Educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans.
• Mentor other hospital team members.
