Mission Pet Health’s Tenth Street Animal Hospital in Greenville, NC seeks a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join a AAHA‑accredited, community‑focused practice. You will support veterinarians and technicians, assist with exams, diagnostics, and anesthesia, and help ensure compassionate care for every patient.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with composure.
• Comfort with handling pets of all sizes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental veterinary skills in labs, pharmacy, nursing, radiology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical team with hands-on patient care.
• Support the medical team and anticipate needs.
• Aid in scheduling, payments, and client communications.
• Maintain a safe, clean hospital environment.
