Responsibilities

• Help maintain patient flow during appointments and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, vet techs, clients, and team members.

• Perform administrative duties including accurate medical record entry.
• Ensure treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs are clean, safe, and organized.
• Educate clients on wellness and preventive care.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.
