Veterinary Assistant - Family Pet Hospital

Join our team at Family Pet Hospital, a longstanding general practice located in Vacaville, California, committed to compassionate and quality veterinary care.

Pay rate: $18.00-20.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, licensure, education, and location.

Our hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with options for full days or half days (8:30 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 5:30 PM). We are hiring both part-time and full-time assistants, accommodating students' schedules.

Requirements

• Experience with animal handling and restraint
• Availability for 2 full days or multiple half-day shifts for part-time
• Availability for 4 full days for full-time
• 1+ years veterinary experience preferred
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Passion for animals and owners
• Excellent communication and organization skills
