Summerfields Animal Hospital in North Fort Worth - Keller, Texas
is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Veterinary Assistants to join our well-established, AAHA-accredited, 4-doctor practice.

We are looking for friendly, driven, inspiring, patient, balanced, and passionate professionals who are comfortable with and serve both people and animals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and at least 6 months of related or similar work experience.
  • Ability to work as a productive team member with excellent communication skills, as well as computer and phone skills.

Required skills include:
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary practice, medical terminology, and procedures.
  • Previous veterinary hospital experience.

Veterinary assistants are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting doctors, laboratory procedures, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory management, and adhering to OSHA and Hazardous Materials protocols.
