United Vision Pet Partners in the United States is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to support our medical team in a fast-paced, compassionate urgent care setting. You will work alongside veterinarians, certified technicians, and fellow assistants to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and patient comfort, from exam-room prep to assisting with procedures and post-care instructions.

Qualifications

  • Urgent care/specialty hospital experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in anesthetic drug administration and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion and empathy for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain a thorough history from pet owners

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our medical team and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care. You will work alongside experienced veterinarians, Certified Veterinary Technicians, and fellow assistants in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are critical.

Training and mentorship will be provided for all aspects of this position. Prior veterinary assistant, specialty, emergency, or general practice experience is preferred but not required. Requirements
