Job summary

Ingleside Animal Hopsital in Phoenix is a modern, AAHA-accredited hospital delivering high-quality medicine. You’ll work with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, therapeutic laser, and a full in-house lab, with paperless records and Fear Free, Feline Friendly patient care.

As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll provide essential patient care, support the medical team, assist with scheduling and client communications, and help maintain a clean, safe hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, efficient in fast-paced environments.
• Confident handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary skills (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.

At Ingleside Animal Hopsital, you will work in a modern, spacious, AAHA-accredited hospital that takes pride in practicing high-quality medicine and supporting the people who deliver it. You will have access to well-maintained equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, therapeutic laser, and a fully equipped in-house lab. Medical records are completely paperless through Impromed Infinity, helping keep communication clear and efficient. The hospital follows Fear Free and Feline Friendly principles and consistently exceeds AAHA standards to support patient care and client trust.You will join a collaborative team where communication and teamwork are part of daily operations. Doctors regularly consult with one another on cases, and the entire hospital team works together to provide consistent, thoughtful care. New team members are supported with mentorship and structured training that allows you to grow at a steady, supported pace.
