Wage: $20–$24/hour

Milford Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our six-doctor team! We are a full-service small-animal hospital committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a low-stress environment.

Our hospital is AAHA-accredited, Cat Friendly Certified®, and Fear Free Certified , giving our team the opportunity to work in a supportive practice with strong standards of care.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A calm and efficient approach, with the ability to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory and pharmacy to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.
