Mead Veterinary Medical Center in Mead, Colorado, seeks an experienced Veterinary Assistant to support client and patient care across exams, treatments, surgery, dentistry and outpatient procedures.

This role offers a 5/8 schedule with Monday–Friday availability and rotating Saturdays, plus a benefits package and up to a $500 bonus depending on experience. Pay ranges from $21 to $22 per hour for full- or part-time work.

Mead Veterinary Medical Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistt to join our team and support exceptional experiences for our clients and patients across all aspects of hospital care.

In this position, you will take an active role in:

• Assisting veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgical procedures, and dentistry
• Providing safe, gentle patient handling and restraint during outpatient and procedural care
• Preparing patients, equipment, and treatment areas for appointments and procedures
• Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $21 - $22 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time or part-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.
