Veterinary Assistant Alexis Road Animal Hospital located in Toledo, Ohio is actively seeking a full‑time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This clinic is under new management and we are very excited for the future of this clinic and its new team. If you are an experienced Veterinary Assistant and looking for a new clinic to bring your positive energy and veterinary skill set and knowledge then we are excited to talk to you.

Qualifications

Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant. Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work up rooms, TPR Ability to run in-house lab work Truly embraces educating clients and helping their pets Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred – or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements. Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
