Job Description

Job duties include, but are not limited to: animal restraint, triage, lab sample analysis, diagnostic imaging, nursing care, medication administration, communication with clients, surgical assistance, and anesthetic management.

Must withstand unpleasant odors/noises and exposure to animal waste, bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.

Opportunities for growth through virtual and hands-on training and continuing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Veterinary Assistant preferred.
• Ability to properly restrain pets.
• Proficiency in sample collection, medical histories, lab tests, radiographs, and anesthesia monitoring is a bonus.

• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally.
