Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Restrain and handle animals safely and compassionately during appointments.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure a clean, sanitized, and organized clinical environment.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
• Support mobile practice operations, including preparing equipment and supplies for off-site visits.
• Collect and process laboratory samples, including blood pulls and urinalysis.
• Communicate with pet owners regarding post-visit care instructions and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front desk duties as needed.
