What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Veterinary Assistant with 2–4 years of veterinary experience who is comfortable working in a busy hospital environment.

What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be an important part of our medical team. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting veterinarians and LVTs with appointments and treatments
• Safely restraining patients for examinations and procedures
• Performing venipuncture and collecting laboratory samples
• Assisting with surgery and anesthesia preparation
• Preparing exam and treatment areas
• Caring for hospitalized and boarding patients
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
• Providing compassionate, Fear Free patient handling
• Communicating with clients and supporting the medical team
• Jumping in wherever needed to help your teammates and patients
