Alum Creek Veterinary Center in central Ohio is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role offers hands-on experience, supportive mentors, and the chance to work with a passionate team and caring clients.

You will assist veterinarians, learn routine procedures, manage records, and help with boarding and hospital care while contributing to our mission to keep pets healthy and clients informed.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in the care of animals.
• Learn first hand about veterinary medicine and animal husbandry.
• Restraint of cats and dogs.
• Medical record keeping.
• Assisting in caring for boarding and hospitalized patients.
• Perform a wide range of tasks including medications, sterilizing equipment, client education, and assisting with surgeries.
