Lookout Valley Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full‑time Veterinary Assistant to join our compassionate, collaborative team in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role supports veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing outstanding patient and client care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations and medical procedures
• Safely restrain and handle canine and feline patients
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
• Monitor patient comfort and record vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Collect laboratory samples and assist with diagnostics
• Support surgical and dental procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
• Educate clients on preventive care and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional client service and patient care
