Join us in beautiful Annapolis at our state-of-the-art referral center, open 24/7 year-round. We have a team of over 24 veterinarians, 60 technicians, 15 assistants, and 10 client service representatives. Our facility collaborates with various specialty departments to care for their patients overnight. As a Diagnostic Assistant, you'll gain experience across neurology, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, rehabilitation, and ophthalmology. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and learn continuously in our spacious conference room, where we host ongoing education for veterinary staff.

The administrative specialist and client service representative will work approximately 30+ hours per week at our 24/7 emergency clinic, performing administrative duties and client communication. You'll collaborate with the team to organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports, and develop standard operating procedures.
