Qualifications

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree with active licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• Comfortable practicing across general practice—diagnostics, medical management, and surgery.

• Calm under pressure with sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice with in-house diagnostics.

What Your Days Look Like

• Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice, with in-house diagnostics, radiology, and ultrasound


• Perform surgery on patients


• Manage cases from first exam through recovery, with an experienced support staff that keeps things running so you can focus on medicine


• Build genuine client relationships — explaining conditions clearly, guiding treatment decisions, and earning the kind of trust that keeps a practice thriving


• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases — real consultation, not just parallel shifts in the same building


• Prescribe, treat, and vaccinate with the confidence that comes from having the tools and team behind you

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)


• Comfortable working across general practice — diagnostics, medical management, and surgery — with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently


• A communicator clients trust — you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard
