Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across general practice with in-house diagnostics, radiology, and ultrasound.
• Perform surgery on patients.
• Manage cases from first exam through recovery with a skilled support staff.
• Build genuine client relationships—explaining conditions clearly and guiding treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases and provide effective consultation.
• Prescribe, treat, and vaccinate with team support.

• Perform surgery on patients

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfortable working across general practice — diagnostics, medical management, and surgery — with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently
• A communicator clients trust — you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard
• Genuinely collaborative — you enjoy practicing alongside other veterinarians and value a team that pushes each other to be better
