PriorityPet Urgent Care in Avon, IN is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to step into a Partner & Owner role, building a brand-new hospital with your own culture and medical protocols.

You will have full medical decision-making authority, 140+ support staff, and the backing of a national veterinary organization to deliver exceptional care while growing an ownership-level practice without upfront cash investment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
