You’ll also have a team around you every day. Each DVM has a personal veterinary assistant for the day, along with 2–3 LVTs supporting appointments, procedures, and surgeries. Our team includes 4 LVTs, providing an experienced clinical support system you can rely on.
We’re a busy practice with a strong appointment schedule, regularly booking out weeks in advance.
Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, unless there is a specific reason for additional time.
We also recognize that practicing good medicine requires time to catch up, communicate with clients, and finish the day without constantly feeling rushed. That’s why our schedule includes a 1.5‑hour lunch break plus three additional 30‑minute catch‑up blocks throughout the day. Our doctors and staff value leaving on time, and we’ve built our schedule with that goal in mind.

Our approach centers on client education, prevention, and personalized care so every pet can live their healthiest life.
We’re more than a veterinary hospital — we’re part of the Milton community. Our clients are loyal, appreciative, and deeply connected to their pets. You’ll have the opportunity to form meaningful relationships while making a real impact locally.
We’re also intentional about making sure our team feels appreciated. Our hospital manager provides weekly snacks, and we enjoy regular team appreciation luncheons, a large annual Christmas party, and a team outing chosen by the staff themselves. Past outings have included Topgolf, haunted houses, and other activities selected by the team.
