Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent required.
• Active licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian.
• Leadership experience leading a veterinary team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold medical quality standards across the hospital.
• Coach, mentor, and manage veterinarians to maintain clinical proficiency.
• Lead medical oversight of hospital operations with Practice Manager oversight.
• Develop a positive, collaborative hospital culture focused on patient care and client experience.
• Engage with the local community to support hospital growth and access to care.
