Job summary

Animal Medical Center San Rafael is seeking a Medical Director to lead a collaborative, patient-centered small animal practice in San Rafael, CA. The role offers $180k–$220k annually (DOE) plus production bonuses and a path to long-term incentives, with relocation assistance and sign-on benefits.

You will oversee medical care, mentor a team of veterinarians and staff, and uphold high standards of client communication in a modern 4,000 sq ft facility near San Francisco.

Qualifications

• DVM/ VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required).
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and client-education skills.
• Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged to apply.
