What You’ll Be Doing

This established practice serves companion animals and larger species, with additional experience caring for less-common pets. Its clinical capabilities include surgery, diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, and regenerative or therapeutic treatments. The role can be tailored toward mixed-animal medicine or small-animal care.

The Basics

• Compensation: 150,000–165,000 base salary plus 20% production.
• Additional incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus, $5,000 relocation assistance, and a $10,000 retention bonus after one year.
• Accrual: No negative accrual.
• Schedule: Flexible options; four weeks of PTO.
• Credentials: DVM/VMD or equivalent and appropriate veterinary licensure required.
