Qualifications

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

• Manage 2-4 appointments daily for personalized care.
