Job summary

Caring Hands Animal Hospital of Merrifield is hiring a full-time Veterinarian to practice the full range of small animal medicine, including wellness, dentistry, surgery, imaging and internal medicine.

You’ll work with a deep bench of doctors, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to shape your caseload while delivering compassionate care. This on-site role offers a competitive base salary plus production with flexible scheduling and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Virginia.
• A kind, compassionate approach that helps us keep our positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Wellness and puppy/kitten care, dentistry, surgery, imaging and internal medicine.
• Pain management, senior care, and handling urgent cases as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of doctors to share cases, ideas and grow professionally.
