You’ll receive structured mentorship, including hands-on surgical training, case discussions, and extended appointment times, with a four-day workweek and no weekends. The team emphasizes balance and professional growth.

• Modern facility featuring six exam rooms, a spacious treatment area, and dedicated surgical and dental suites

• Manageable caseload of approximately 15 –20 patients per veterinarian daily
• Supportive team culture that prioritizes collaboration, professional development, and work-life balance
• Structured new graduate mentorship, including hands-on surgical training, case discussions, and extended appointment times

A Schedule That Supports Your Life

We understand the importance of balance outside the hospital. Our anticipated schedule includes:

• Four-day workweek
• No weekends! Closed Saturday and Sunday
• Hospital hours of 8 AM–5 PM
