The Financial Benefits Of Working For a Non-Profit

• $130,000 minimum base salary, depending on experience
• Commission opportunity - our average annual total compensation is approximately $150,000
• Hiring bonus of up to $100,000

What You Can Expect

• Enjoy predictable, reasonable hours without the pressure or chaos often found in other practices.
• Perform high-quality exams, diagnostics, and treatments on client-owned animals
• Conduct surgical procedures including spay/neuter and soft-tissue surgeries on client-owned and shelter animals
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to pet owners and adopters
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with protocols and regulations
• Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
• Work every other Saturday with a different day off during the week
