Job description

Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is expanding their ICU and would like to bring on additional Board Certified or Residency Trained Criticalist in December, 2025.

Our 37,500 square foot state of the art hospital is nestled in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, near the Denver metro area. Our team members range from living in the heart of active, downtown Denver to the retreats of mountain towns only 40 minutes away. How you'll make a difference:

As a Criticalist you will have the opportunity to bring your advanced education and experience to provide life-changing treatment to the patients of our community. You will also bring your deep passion for mentoring support staff and intern doctors, while providing counsel to the other specialists, and collaborating with the referring community. You will be committed to the highest level of medical care and be a champion of client service.

Schedule: 4-day work week and shared on call.

  • Competitive base salary of $200,000-250,000 with additional potential with production bonus
