Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center is expanding, and we are looking for a third veterinary criticalist to join our Resuscitation & Critical Care (RACC) department in our hybrid ER/Specialty hospital in Middletown, CT. Locum opportunities are also available!
Owned and operated by veterinarians since 1937, our family of hospitals includes four primary care hospitals and one urgent care hospital in central Connecticut. Our network of doctors provides a supportive community that fosters growth and collaboration.
At Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center, you will join a collaborative team of specialists in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Avian/Exotics, and Oncology, along with experienced primary and emergency veterinarians. Our RACC department comprises two boarded criticalists, dedicated technicians and assistants, and department-specific client liaisons.
Our state-of-the-art facility features multiple ultrasounds, wireless Fukuda Denshi telemetry, 64-slice CT, 1.5 T MRI, C-Arm with neurovascular platform, Maquet Servo-U ventilator with NAVA and volumetric capnography, and minimally invasive surgical equipment. Additionally, we have an on-site Antech reference laboratory with a clinical pathologist.
We prioritize a doctor-led, medicine-first approach and offer equity options to our veterinarians.
