This is a partnership model, not a corporate roll‑up. You buy in, you own a meaningful stake, and you share in the practice's growth and value. Your name is on the door — and on the balance sheet.

You run the medicine

No mandated protocols. No corporate formulary telling you what to prescribe. No production quotas dictating how long you spend in an exam room.

You decide the workup. You decide the treatment plan. You decide how you practice medicine, because you're the one accountable for the outcome — and the one who benefits when patients and clients stay with you for a decade.

What you'd own and operate
