Position Type: Full-Time Associate Veterinarian (Leadership & Equity Track)

Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual

Schedule: Full-time | 4 days per week

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of small animal clinical experience (preferred)
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
  • Active Georgia veterinary license (or ability to obtain) in good standing
  • Strong proficiency in general practice procedures, including spay/neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach to patient and client care
