Barton Heights Veterinary Hospital is offering up to $25k sign on/retention bonus to a Veterinarian interested in joining our amazing team! We would consider anyone looking for an associate position, emergency position, or a combination of both GP and ER. This position has an earning potential to exceed $200k annually. We have flexible schedule and compensation options to fit each individual doctor's desires.

Barton Heights is an AAHA accredited, 24 hour hybrid practice located in Stroudsburg, PA offering general practice and emergency services. We are fully equipped with an in house Idexx laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiographs (including dental), laser surgery, and endoscopy. We have a veterinarian on staff who uses cold laser to provide physical rehabilitation to our patients. Furthermore, we utilize the services of a board certified cardiologist and board certified surgeon who come in routinely to perform any advanced diagnostics or surgeries as needed. Barton Heights also offers radioactive I-131 therapy. You can learn more about our hospital at www.bartonheights.com.

We would consider a new(er) grad, since all of our doctors are experienced and able to provide mentorship. You will also be well supported by highly skilled certified technicians.

Barton Heights is located in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, which is in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains. This area allows for numerous outdoor activities in any season, including hiking, biking along the many trails, fishing and canoeing at the Delaware Water Gap, whitewater rafting, and snow skiing at the one of the many mountain resorts.If you want to take a quick getaway to a larger city, Stroudsburg is less than a 2 hour drive to Philadelphia and New York City. Our medical director has traveled all over the country and can attest to what a beautiful place the Poconos are to live, work, and play.
